She combines a growth mindset with techniques for cultivating an Inclusive leadership approach, a belief in our interconnectedness (vs individualism) and future proofing leaders for building the organisations of tomorrow.

I believe in partnering with leaders to help them articulate their values, and find the courage to act on them – both for impact and for good. I believe the best leaders today are both accountable to their people and also mindful of the needs of our times – seeing themselves as contributors on a bigger stage beyond the organisation.
I believe we need to cultivate courageous leaders who have the resilience to navigate uncertain times, and also a capacity for joy, creativity, growth and action within the unknown.
